TELEO Fitness


The mission of TELEO is to help people around the world take control of their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing by being a true partner throughout every step of their fitness journey.



Off-Season and In-Season Training and conditioning that promises to put the best athletes on the field and perform at their highest levels.

Training for the youth that establishes a solid foundation in strength and conditioning principles that can lead to lifelong benefits in sports performance and fitness.   

Specific Training in a private setting that helps individuals exceed their fitness goals.

Individual or team rentals.  Pitching machines available for both baseball and softball.

Train with Individuals who have similar goals in a fun and semi-private environment.

Programming geared towards the aspiring or already elite athletes.  Grounded in the latest methods, research and  years of experience. TELEO will enhance and build upon the foundation that has already been created to take your performance to the next level.
