TELEO at Home Group Training Weeks 9 and 10

We are heading into weeks 9 and 10 of at home programming. As always listen to your body and let us know if you have any questions.


As we have gone through a preparation and mostly corrective phase for you we will now go into a more functional program related to quicker movements, involving balance, power, and reactive ability.


Movements:


Jog in Place with Knee to Chest:

3 sets of 1:00



Quick Feet (Can use anything from a line in the side walk to a jump rope to a towel to a band)

3 sets of .30 seconds


Shuffle

3 sets of .30 seconds



Lateral Hop Over Band (Can use anything from a line in the side walk to a jump rope to a towel to a band)

3 sets of 20 jumps




Reverse Lunge with Explosive Hip Flexion

3 sets of 5 each leg


Explosive Get Ups:

3 sets of 10
